I'd like to find a similar layout to the one in the following picture. Any code that would make my 'about me' look similar to this is also something I could work with. If you know the site this layout is from, that would also be very helpful.

Please, don't just vaguely suggest I look at so-and-so layout site (hot-lyts.com etc.), that's not helpful and I've already looked in all the major layout sites. Thanks.
