What is the deal with myspace codes how do you put them on you'r page?

There are tons of sites that'll help you produce the codes to customize your MySpace page. Here's an example of one of these sites:

When you get a finished code, you'll copy and paste it into the "About Me" section of your profile, and save it. If you do it correctly (every site will give you instructions), then you'll have a brand new layout for your MySpace page.
